Behind every successful man,there is a Woman & behind every UNsuccessful Woman,there is a MAN !!

Since a long time, i was shocked at the rate most of my female friends, co-workers & even juniors were getting married to boys quite older to them & despite being in love or relationship with someone of their age. I always considered this to be wrong, on part of girls as well as their parents. I felt it was a sort of cheating on the girls' part as why couldn't she marry someone she always promised to get married to? And on parents' part, i thought they imposed elderly men on their girls just because they were settled. It wouldn't have become a notion had it happened just a few times,but since it happened so many times, so i settled for the notion that girls don't have the courage to live up to their promises & aspirations.

But today after a series of happenings here & there & sharing of thoughts with friends, i came to the conclusion that Girls are not solely responsible for this.Ofcourse there is the point of the boy not giving enough support when this condition arises,but there are other serious reasons as well. I really can't understand why do the boys change like a chameleon when it comes to commitment. They are very happy with the enjoyments & funs in life,but when it comes to converting that enjoyment for life with bits of responsibilities & care, they drag their feet away.

Another thing is most younger men don't seem to take their partner's success in a positive manner, they tend to take it as a threat to their positions. They can't digest the fact that their would be could be more famous than they are.

Older men are mature, ready to take responsibilties & most of the times quite understanding of the girl's aspirations, because they have seen most of that in their own lives..struggle for a stable career & hence don't take a woman's aspiration to be something as a competition to them. This turns out to be a boon for the girl.

Also,On a lighter note, One would never face commitment problems from older men & on the contrary they are more than ready for tying the knot.

So, an alliance with an older man is always profitable. Ofcourse I am being too practical here as i feel girls should develop thinking about this aspect of their lives more with their head than heart as ultimately it is them who have to suffer at personal as well as professional levels.

And defintely there is a flip side to evry coin, you might end up staring at every other young hunk.Lol.

But its always better to think about this aspect wisely so that you don't have to say in the end that BEHIND EVERY UNSUCCESSFUL WOMAN,THERE IS A MAN !!!!
